How many servings in a pack?

30g pouch = 15 servings

90g pouch = 45 servings

How often do I drink it?

As many times as you need. We usually have one cup in the morning and one before bed, but a cup of the Cold & Flu tea every 1-2 hours if we're sick.

How do I recycle the packaging?

The pouches are 100% compostable, including the zipper. This means you can put them into your composter or worm farm. Just remember to take off the label before you do so, as the sticker isn't recyclable.

How long do the teas last?

Each pouch will have a best before date on the back, which will you tell you the ideal time to use the tea. Usually, this is 12 months from sealing the pouches.

If you use the tea a little after the recommended date, it's still okay to consume, just slightly less potent.
